3. Account Terms

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any actions taken under your account.
  • Accounts must not be registered by bots or automated methods. Only humans are permitted to create accounts.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All one-off payments are non-refundable. Once a one-time payment is made for any product or service, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • You are solely responsible for canceling your account properly via your account settings. Upon cancellation, all your content will be permanently deleted from active systems within 7 days and from backups within 90 days. If you need help cancelling your account, you can always contact us.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all content in your account will be lost.

6. Uptime and Security

  • While we strive to ensure high availability, tulz.AI provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantees of uptime.
  • We may temporarily suspend your account and access to our services if your usage exceeds normal levels to ensure other users are not affected. You will be notified before any action is taken unless the situation is urgent.
  • We take reasonable measures to secure and protect your data, including encryption and regular backups. However, no method is 100% secure, and tulz.AI will not be held liable for any data breaches or security incidents.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

  • tulz.AI claims no ownership over the content you upload or create while using our Services. You retain all rights to your material.
  • You must ensure that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. tulz.AI reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rights.
  • The names, look, and feel of tulz.AI's Services, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and design elements, are protected by copyright and may not be reused without our explicit permission.

8. Liability

You expressly understand and agree that tulz.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

  • Any other matter related to the Services.

9. Changes to Services and Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
